About Us
Our History
Since 2012, Learning Ladder has been providing high quality and results-oriented therapy services for special needs children. We have helped over 100 children of all ages from 3 months to 28 years old, grow, overcome deficiencies and acquire new skills and interests. Our main guiding force are the founders, Vikas Ray and Chandasmita Das (now occasionally involved), who are engaged hands-on, strive to constantly improve services and facilities, strive to maintain a results-oriented culture, and provide a loving, affectionate environment where children feel comfortable, know they are loved, and grow in a playful setting.

Good Facilities
Starting from a one small room, we have grown to a 500 sq yd facility, in large part with generous support and help from parents whose children have long association with us. Some children have been with us for over 10 years. Our facilities have gradually grown with smart boards, variety of OT equipment, puzzles, games, laptops, tablets, phones, toys, books, etc. We now have a fully air-conditioned facility.
Parent Support
We are fortunate to have many parents who have supported us not only financially but with their expert guidance, providing cars for field visits, help with our IT requirements, provide food/cakes for parties, help with equipment - in some cases designed/constructed personally.
Dedicated Staff
We are also fortunate to have dedicated and qualified staff, some of who have been with us for many years. They enable us to offer a wide range of services, help our children make good progress and achieve good results. We have a results-oriented culture with constant monitoring - we change tactics and techniques if a child is not making progress or appears to be disinterested. We change goals and activities regularly to keep the child engaged and interested.
